Membership in Bay Area STAR runs January through December.
Three levels of membership are offered:

- Corporate Membership (6 or more employees): $900/year
- Small Company (up to 5 employees): $500/year
- Individual Membership: $100/year
Membership includes:
- Unlimited listing of people on the STAR email list for notification of upcoming events
- Listing in the Company section of the STAR Media Directory on the Bay Area STAR website
- Listing of up to 15 people in the Member section of the STAR Media Directory on the Bay Area STAR website
- Receipt of up to 20 STAR Broadcast Calendars each year
- Representation of your company's Intern Program in our literature to college students
- Posting of your company's Intern Program information and contacts on the STAR website
- Opportunity to nominate your interns for Outstanding Intern Awards, which makes them eligible to apply for a STAR Scholarship
- Participate in STAR’s annual Outstanding Intern and Scholarship Awards luncheon
- Job listings for your company on the STAR website
- Discounted ticket prices to STAR events
