STAR Auction
The annual STAR Auction is our premiere fundraiser. Work starts months before the Spring event, requiring a large group of dedicated people. Subcommittees involved in the advance planning and production include: prizes, wine, marketing, and raffle ticket sales. It’s not all work…there’s fun to be had too.
STAR Holiday Party
Once a year STAR throws a holiday party that has become famous across the country. People attend from all over the West Coast from Seattle to San Diego. With 1000 attendees, there is plenty to be done to prepare for this annual happening, including the rounding up of raffle prizes, the selling of raffle tickets, and lining up entertainment.
